Hello! I'm Emily. I'm an enneagram type 2, Midwest Mama of one who loves creative problem-solving and chasing sunsets. 

Here are some facts about me:

• I am outside every chance I get.

• I am a recent PNW transplant 👋 Our family is loving the Evergreen State so far.

• I am a NICU mama.

• I am an emergency C-section mama.

• I am a birth trauma navigator.

• I firmly believe in over-preparing because it allows me to be present on all of my family's adventures. 

• I love creating DIY keepsakes with my kiddo.

• I am a Scrunchy Mama.

I started this blog as a creative outlet and a way to help other mamas navigate all of the new ideas, thoughts, and feelings that come with parenthood.
