For my husband and I, life never really moved at a snail's pace. We have always been with friends or family, working on various DIY projects, or planning our next big adventure. When our kiddo came into the picture, life started moving even faster!
I created this instant download weekly check-in template to help us keep our sanity. We have it laminated and it lives on our refrigerator so we are always on the same page. Each Sunday, we sit down for only about five minutes (it really is that quick and easy) to set our priorities for the week. The check-in includes:
Personal Priorities for the week (each of us picks our top two)
The dinner menu for the week
A checklist of the top five things that need to get done that week
Any appointments that are scheduled during the week
One thing we are going to do to have fun together that week
Notes for the week - we usually fill this spot with any visitors we have coming for the week or any birthdays that are happening
